Here you will find a guide to help you transfer your notes from Google Keep to your new @windhamcentral.org account.

Export your Keep Notes from your Old Account.


Before you start make sure you are logged into your account that has your notes in it. Then follow these steps:
  1. Hold Ctrl + A to select all of your notes.
  2. Click on the three little dots that appear at the far right of a small menu in the right-hand corner of your window.
  3. Click "Copy to google docs"
  4. In the bottom left corner, you will see coping to google docs then a little button that says "Open Doc."
  5. Now click on share in the top left-hand corner of your Google Doc.
  6. Share the document with yourself.
  7. Login to your new account and go to your Google Docs. (As you can see, You now have a copy of all your notes. If you want you can stop here if you would like to keep using Docs to keep your notes. You can click the small button near the top left of the page and you will see the document outline. This gives you a way to jump to any of the notes within the google doc. If you want to add a note simply write the title in bold and the note in plain text. If you would rather move all your notes back into Google Keep then continue this tutorial.)
  8. Open the Google Doc entitled "Google Keep Document."
  9. Highlight the text of the first note.
  10. Right-Click and look for "Save to Keep" in the menu then click on it.
  11. A small sidebar will popout from the right side of the screen. Within it there will be a small Keep screen with the note you just saved.
  12. Click on the title of the note, then copy the title of the note you just saved.
  13. Repeat steps 11 and 12 until you have all of your notes saved back to your Google Keep.
